Moderation Offense Categories

Select relative priorities to optimize moderation for your title or virtual venue.

Choose a higher priority (1.01 to 2.00) for the offense categories that matter most to you; this will apply a positive multiplier resulting in higher scores for the same utterances, thus floating more of these higher in moderation queues, allowing for faster review/action.
Choose a lower priority (0.01 to 0.99) for the offense categories that matter less; this will apply a fractional multiplier resulting in lower scores for the same utterances, removing the lesser items from view and showing others lower in the moderation queues.
Selecting the lowest priority (0.00) will completely ignore an offense category, and utterances of this category will no longer be flagged for moderation.
Selecting the mid-point (1.00) means this category is important, but not highest priority, and no score multiplier is applied (i.e., this is the default score from Modulate’s deep machine learning expertise).
