Automation Settings

Enable automated moderation of utterances that meet or exceed the following score threshold.
Minimum score for utterances to be automatically updated. This value may not be lower than your account's minimum offense score threshold ().

This chart shows the current ToxMod AI scoring accuracy for your organization at various score thresholds. Please select the desired Time Period, and Offense Category, then use the Apply Filters button to view the accuracy per score. You can use this information to determine the ideal score to use for the automated score threshold.

Note: "Accuracy" refers to the number of "confirmed toxic events" (clips actioned by a moderator, excluding "ignored" clips) divided by the number of all "reviewed items" (which includes both actioned and ignored clips). Hover over a data point to view the sample size for that score threshold.
